Entered “The Taste of Steel”
Eastern Shore Writers Association has announced a short story competition for members. I wrote “The Taste of Steel” for entry into Beach Secrets, but I knew it wasn’t right for fun summer reading. But this kind of anthology – one sponsored by a writers association, might be perfect.
I gave it a once-over (well a thrice-over) and entered the competition. I have no idea when the reading will happen or when the results will be announced. Guess it’s wait-and-see.
