Dark chocolate and good red wine are a perfect match.
Make it a raspberry-filled Godiva Dark Chocolate bar and ugh – fabulous!
Way back, when my sister and I were painting weekly, we would sometimes stop and criticize our evening’s endeavors. We usually sipped wine, and once in a while snacked. I would bring these Godiva Chocolate Squares with Raspberry. They were so good. We would sit and sip and savor the squares and pick apart our paintings.
My sister would sometimes bring this chocolate orange thing. It was the size and shape of an orange, with slices but made out of milk chocolate. You’d smack it on the table and the slices would separate. Like the raspberry with chocolate, the orange with chocolate was scrumptious. Exactly what was needed after a frustrating night of painting.
